Technical Information

The egg releases two types of pellets during the wash:

• Cleaning pellets break down dirt and grease
• Tourmaline pellets enhance water performance to lift impurities more effectively

The result is a deep yet gentle clean that rinses away easily no heavy residues, no buildup.

Ireland Orders
If your order value is €50 or more, it qualifies for free delivery to any destination in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (subject to a max weight of 25kg). Orders of values less than €50 will incur a standard delivery charge of €5.99.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.

Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to five days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification. Orders made after 9 am on a Thursday will not be received until Monday (providing all items are in stock)

Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. Returns Policy

Items sent back to us due to defect or warranty issues must be brought to our attention via email to info@ecostore.ie and include your order reference number. this link. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if this procedure is not followed. Due to carrier insurance restrictions, the maximum value of any claim for damage is limited to the terms of the specific carrier who delivers the goods. These will differ from company to company. Please note that large/heavy items may not be collected by Fastway for returns due to size in cases of returning non-damaged or faulty goods.
