Ecostore.ie offers FREE standard delivery for all orders over €50 (49.98 to be precise) delivered to addresses within the Island of Ireland. We have a flat shipping rate of 6 euro for anything under €49.99.
Guaranteed "Next Day" or Timed delivery within Ireland can be arranged for extra costs, please call for details. Cost will depend on a number of factors such as the weight and dimensions of parcels and final delivery address.
UK
Delivery to the UK is by application. We would ask clients to contact us in advance to get a quote for shipping to your chosen country. Export shipping cost depends on a number of factors. Delivery rates do not include certain local customs duty’s etc. These must be settled by the client. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Timescales & Additional Information
Delivery time can take from 2 to 10 working days. All orders are shipped via a trackable courier service. We use Dpd Couriers. In some cases small orders for parts/small items etc will be sent by standard postal service.
Standard delivery is normally within 7 working days from order. For items which are not in stock and need to be put on back order, we will endeavour to deliver within 28 days. Certain items may be special order, and in such cases we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
We recommend that, if possible, you get items shipped to your place of work, so that delivery will be completed promptly and goods can be signed for with our carrier. All orders must be accompanied with at least one phone number (mobile or landline). Due to new carrier restrictions we are unable to ship certain liquids or gels or chemicals.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product remains suitable for resale.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories are included.
- Proof of purchase and your order reference number are provided.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Once returned items have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required under applicable consumer legislation.
Delivery Delays & Damaged Goods
ecostore works with trusted courier partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently. However, once an order has been dispatched, delivery delays or damage caused by third-party courier companies are outside of our direct control.
Customers are advised to inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing for receipt. Any damage, missing items, or product shortages must be reported to ecostore in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

ReturnsFaulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us by email at info@ecostore.ie before returning any goods.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and product quality requirements, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Carrier Claims & Liability
Due to courier insurance limitations, any claim relating to damaged goods is subject to the terms, conditions, and maximum claim value of the specific carrier used for delivery. These limits may vary depending on the courier company.
