Product Information

This 320ml double-walled glass infuse flask is perfect for drinking loose leaf tea, herbal tea or fruit infused water at home or on the go.

Comes with 2 filters for 2 different types of infusion:

Long filter basket for short infusion - Fill basket with tea leaves, fit into neck of flask and pour hot water over to infuse. Remove before drinking.
Short filter for long-lasting infusion - Fill flask with a few tea leaves, herbs or fruit pieces, place the small filter on top and then add hot or cold water. Please take care when pouring and drinking hot liquids.

Each glass flask is hand blown so will differ very slightly in size. For a snug fit of the filters in the neck of the flask please adjust the clips on the rim so they fit your flask perfectly.

Usage Instructions

Do not put in the dishwasher, oven, microwave or freezer.
Clean with warm soapy water and/or with baking soda using a non-abrasive element.
Let it dry heads down.
Store with lid removed.
Careful, hot liquids or hot foods can burn: use the product with caution.
Do not overfill. Fill to just below the threading in the body.
To prevent spills and leaking, properly and fully tighten the lid to ensure an airtight seal. Transport upright is recommended.
Extreme temperature differences can cause the glass to crack and break.
Do not stir your drinks with metal stirrers.

Ingredients

It is made from a double layer of strong borosilicate glass that keeps drinks warm for up to 1 hour and has a leak-resistant stainless steel and polypropylene (PP 5) lid with a silicone ring inside. The base of the lid is stainless steel and designed so that no plastic comes into contact with liquids inside the bottle.

If your order value is €50 or more, it qualifies for free delivery to any destination in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (subject to a max weight of 25kg). Orders of values less than €50 will incur a standard delivery charge of €5.99.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.

Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to five days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification. Orders made after 9 am on a Thursday will not be received until Monday (providing all items are in stock)

Returns Policy

Items sent back to us due to defect or warranty issues must be brought to our attention via email to info@ecostore.ie and include your order reference number. this link. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if this procedure is not followed. Due to carrier insurance restrictions, the maximum value of any claim for damage is limited to the terms of the specific carrier who delivers the goods. These will differ from company to company. Please note that large/heavy items may not be collected by Fastway for returns due to size in cases of returning non-damaged or faulty goods.
